📍 Agile Tariff Overview
Agile (AGILE-24-10-01) — since November 2024
- Rates change every half hour based on wholesale prices, plus a standing charge
- Since 1 April 2026, government policy removed green levies from electricity bills — Agile rates are automatically ~3.5p/kWh lower as a result
- Peak uplift typically 4–7 PM weekdays; cheapest rates are usually overnight (00:00–07:00)
- A 100p/kWh cap protects domestic customers from wholesale spikes
- Pair with Outgoing Agile (SEG export) for solar/battery homes
- Companion tariffs: Octopus Tracker, Cosy, Intelligent Go
